Returns
If an artwork does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Returned pieces must be sent back in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
For artworks measuring up to 10 inches on the longest side, return shipping costs will be covered by us. For pieces over 10 inches, a $300 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
For international orders, including those outside the contiguous United States, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs as well as any applicable customs, duties, or brokerage fees.
Please note: Special orders, commissioned works, and any artwork altered at the customer’s request are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Return an Artwork
Returning an artwork is straightforward. Please keep the original packaging when you receive your piece. If you decide to return it, carefully repackage the artwork in the same materials and contact us at +1 - (778) - 384 - 2072. We will arrange the return shipment and provide you with a prepaid shipping label when applicable.
All returns must be shipped within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Please ensure the artwork is securely packed—pieces returned damaged or in altered condition cannot be refunded.
For customers outside Canada, return shipping procedures and costs will vary; please refer to the international return policy.
International Returns (Outside Canada)
If you are returning an artwork from outside Canada, please retain the original packaging upon delivery. Should you choose to return the piece, carefully repackage it in the same materials and contact us at CONTACT ME. We will supply you with the appropriate return shipping address.
International customers are responsible for arranging the shipment with the carrier of their choice, as well as covering all return shipping costs, including any customs, duties, taxes, or brokerage fees applied upon return.
All international returns must be shipped within seven (7) days of receiving the order.
