My practice is rooted in painting as a site of return. Forms reappear, overlap, dissolve, and reform not as metaphors, but as living presences shaped by daily experience, memory, and emotional residue.

Change emerges through gesture, layering, and movement through the slow negotiation between control and release.

The figures in my work often hover between human, animal, and vegetal states. They are not characters or symbols, but sentient forms carriers of sensation, vulnerability, and quiet persistence.

My paintings resist narrative closure. Instead, they invite prolonged looking, where meaning remains fluid and unresolved, shaped by the viewer’s own pace and proximity.
